Can I include paypal buttons/links for purchases on my site, without paying for the e-commerce package?
Yes : The E-Commerce package is specifically for hosting a fully functioning shopping site equipped with shopping carts, extensive for sale items & etc. If you have a paypal account and would like to leave a few subscribe, paynow or donate buttons on your site, we can implement that even on the "basic" plan.

Can I edit my own site?
Yes : We give you the keys to your whole kingdom. We're even happy to give you a little tutorial once your site is finished with its inital setup

What website building platform does AwesomeWebsites use?
We build our websites with raw HTML, CSS & JavaScript. We do this because it gives us the most ability to make anything you can imagine come to digital life. CMS platforms like wordpress, squarespace, wix and the like are very limited compared to what we're actually able to accomplish with real code. And it keeps your costs down by not having to pay for a CMS builder.

What does unlimited support mean/cover?
So long as you're hosting your website with us, there is no build or design fee for creating your website. Making any changes to your website after its created, and everything else aside from the monthly hosting fee for your website, is free. There is nothing to worry about beyond the one, simple and easy hosting payment to get everything included with your website for the life of it.

How do I open a support ticket or ask to make changes?
Once you're a member, you're given a username and password to log onto our customer portal with. At the bottom of every page on our website, there is a "create a support ticket" button. Simply click that button, log in using your assigned username/password, and you'll be met with your own personalized account & support dashboard. You can also call in, or schedule an appointment using our direct line or scheduling software. Whichever way you're most comfortable getting ahold of us is perfectly acceptable.

Can I get AwesomeWebsites to upload my blogs for me?
Yes : As a member, inside your member portal there is a blog content uploading section. You can upload your content as any of the standard word document formats along with pictures, and a multitude of other options are also available as well. Once uploaded, it normally takes less than 12 hours to be published to your website. Make sure your content is spell and grammar checked already, becuase your account manager only checks to make sure your page is displayed properly. The content itself is not checked. You may also send your blog by sharing a folder in your own Google Drive with your account manager.

AwesomeWebsites own their own hosting platform, which is something that is traditionally outsourced in the website development world. We believe everyone should have access to their own professionally built website, and we aren't greedy. We think traditional website developers have been charging way too much for what they're doing, so this is our way of fixing a problem the internet has had for a long time. We don't need to make a billion dollars, but with enough support from our member community we are happy with what we can do for all of our clients.
